Product Exchange Policy
Below we have detailed the steps you need to follow if you wish to exchange a product ordered from our website www.tiemeup.ro.
A. You don't like the product or it no longer suits your needs (To avoid the costs associated with this exchange, please review the photos and information provided on the website. If you have any questions, do not hesitate to contact us so we can provide all the information you need to ensure the chosen products are a perfect fit.)
1. Notify us that you wish to exchange the purchased product by sending an email to: office@tiemeup.ro or by phone at: 0725 754 999, within a maximum of 14 working days from receiving the products.
2. Pack the product properly, so it does not get damaged during transport. We recommend using the original packaging.
3. Parcel pickup. Coordinate with the Tie-Me-Up team for the exchange day. When the courier arrives with the new order, please hand over the package with the initially ordered product.
▪ Exchange via DPD: the courier who comes to pick up the parcel will print the AWB upon arrival. You will attach the printed AWB to the parcel being returned to us.
▪ Exchange via TNT/FedEx: The transport document (AWB) that must accompany the returned package is found in the plastic protective sleeve on the parcel you receive (marked “Return AWB”) or we can email it to you so you can print it and place it in the plastic envelope provided by the courier.
4. Settle price differences in case of product exchanges where the value of the new order differs from the original order:
▪ If the new order has a higher value than the original, you can pay the difference in cash to the courier during the exchange.
▪ If the new order has a lower value than the original, we will transfer the price difference to your bank account, which you must send us via email along with the account holder’s name. For orders initially paid by card via EuPlatesc, the difference will be refunded directly through the same payment platform within 5–10 days of receiving the returned product.
5. Transport cost in case of product exchanges:
▪ 33.8 RON (16.9 RON for returning the initial order + 16.9 RON for delivering the newly chosen products, if the new order is less than 249.00 RON)
▪ 16.9 RON (16.9 RON for returning the initial order + 0 RON for delivering the newly chosen products, if the new order is over 249.00 RON)
B. Other situations for product exchanges:
S.C. Tie-Me-Up will fully cover the round-trip transport cost for the parcel with the product to be replaced if:
▪ the product delivered is defective, despite the 3 mandatory checks performed by our team;
▪ the products delivered are not the ones from your order;
▪ the information provided about the product on our online store differs substantially from the received product.
The steps you need to follow are the same as those in point A, but without paying any shipping fee.
